Customers authorize us to communicate through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, notifications, and related channels regarding loan services and repayments.
Customers agree that digital consent, e-signature, OTP verification, and electronic acceptance are legally valid forms of authorization and agreement execution.
All services are subject to applicable laws, RBI-related regulations, financial compliance requirements, and operational policies enforced from time to time.
Delayed or missed repayments may result in penalties, collection activity, reporting to credit bureaus, and reduced eligibility for future financial products.
Online repayments and digital transactions may be processed through authorized payment gateway providers and secure banking infrastructure systems.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, website, applications, or repayment systems during maintenance, outages, or technical interruptions.
Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, identity misuse, fake documentation, or unauthorized access attempts may result in immediate service termination and legal action.
Loan products, eligibility conditions, repayment structures, interest rates, features, and operational policies may be modified without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are accurate, valid, updated, and legally authentic.
Loan agreements, digital communication, repayment notices, and legal documents may be provided primarily in English unless otherwise specified.
All disputes, legal proceedings, and service-related matters shall be governed by applicable Indian laws and jurisdictional courts as determined by policy.
Customers may contact our support or grievance team regarding complaints, repayment issues, account support, or operational concerns through official channels.
Continued usage of our platform, website, services, repayment systems, or loan products constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.
