1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, website, mobile application, or loan products, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable terms, policies, and operational guidelines.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Loan services are available only to eligible applicants meeting minimum age, identity verification, income, banking, and regulatory compliance requirements.

3. KYC Verification

Customers must complete PAN verification, Aadhaar authentication, Video KYC, e-sign, and other mandatory verification procedures before loan approval.

4. Credit Assessment

Loan approval is subject to credit evaluation, repayment capability, banking history, income assessment, and internal risk analysis procedures.

5. Loan Disbursal

Approved loan amounts may be disbursed directly into the verified bank account provided by the customer during the application process.

6. Repayment Obligations

Customers are responsible for timely repayment of loan amounts, interest, processing fees, penalties, and applicable charges as per the agreed schedule.

7. Interest & Charges

Applicable interest rates, APR, penalties, bounce charges, processing fees, and related costs will be disclosed as part of the loan agreement.

8. Loan Rejection Rights

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or discontinue any application or service without obligation to provide detailed reasons for such decisions.

9. Data Security

Customers acknowledge that information submitted through the platform may be processed and stored securely for operational, legal, and verification purposes.

10. Communication Consent

Customers authorize us to communicate through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, notifications, and related channels regarding loan services and repayments.

11. E-sign & Digital Consent

Customers agree that digital consent, e-signature, OTP verification, and electronic acceptance are legally valid forms of authorization and agreement execution.

12. Regulatory Compliance

All services are subject to applicable laws, RBI-related regulations, financial compliance requirements, and operational policies enforced from time to time.

13. Delay & Default

Delayed or missed repayments may result in penalties, collection activity, reporting to credit bureaus, and reduced eligibility for future financial products.

14. Payment Gateway Usage

Online repayments and digital transactions may be processed through authorized payment gateway providers and secure banking infrastructure systems.

15. System Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, website, applications, or repayment systems during maintenance, outages, or technical interruptions.

16. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, identity misuse, fake documentation, or unauthorized access attempts may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

17. Changes to Services

Loan products, eligibility conditions, repayment structures, interest rates, features, and operational policies may be modified without prior notice.

18. Document Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are accurate, valid, updated, and legally authentic.

19. Language Preference

Loan agreements, digital communication, repayment notices, and legal documents may be provided primarily in English unless otherwise specified.

20. Governing Jurisdiction

All disputes, legal proceedings, and service-related matters shall be governed by applicable Indian laws and jurisdictional courts as determined by policy.

21. Customer Support & Grievance

Customers may contact our support or grievance team regarding complaints, repayment issues, account support, or operational concerns through official channels.

22. Final Acceptance

Continued usage of our platform, website, services, repayment systems, or loan products constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.
